Research record
Abstract / overview
This dataset is intended for defensive analysis of pay-as-you-go solar and smart-meter systems. It combines device or meter telemetry with labelled events representing tampering, bypass attempts and spoofed readings so that detection methods can be developed and evaluated against realistic operational patterns.\n\nThe resource is intended for authorised research, anomaly detection and resilience work around connected energy devices. Access is provided on request to support appropriate use, documentation and handling of potentially security-sensitive telemetry.
Scope & availability
This resource is available through controlled access rather than public download. Contact Solid Elf to request the current version or dataset and to confirm intended use, attribution and any applicable handling conditions.
Documentation expectations
Purpose, source provenance, collection or evaluation methods, quality controls, assumptions and limitations should be explicit. Any sensitive information requires an appropriate access and disclosure review before sharing.
A dataset release should also document schema, coverage, missingness, transformations, de-identification, permitted uses and access conditions. Synthetic data should include evidence on utility and disclosure risk rather than being treated as automatically anonymous.
